Headhunt Vietnam from 2011 to 2020, our assets include 90% of foreign companies as our clients
and10% of growing local companies. To further develop our strengths, we have established a corporate
mandate to maintain strong core values that reflect our philosophy.
Having served more than 500 corporate clients, including multinational companies and large local
companies operating in Vietnam and Southeast Asia in the past, we have continuously updated the
market and carried out internal training to best meet the needs of our clients.
10 years of contributing to the recruitment of several organization by conducting hundreds of executive
searches across Vietnam and Asia Pacific countries, Headhunt Vietnam is proud to become a leading
placement and HR consulting company representing the industries of Oil & Gas, FMCG & Manufacturing,
Logistics, and IT in Vietnam.
Apart from supporting our clients in gathering the matching pieces, we play the role of an advisor on
board to help over 1 million job seekers by delivering consultancy to the preparation of candidates for a

2. What made you / your company decided to develop in Europe market?
Headhunt Vietnam is a professional consulting firm with many years of experience in providing services.
We understand the European market and have the ability to exploit new opportunities. We always ensure
the highest quality and constantly develop and innovate.
3. How has your professional career or your company’s career developed since then?
Since I set up Headhunt Vietnam nearly 10 years ago, I have dream to find Partner who will help me up
our company level in Vietnam Country and Worldwide. I have been contacting with number of person and
company in Asia and US. Luckily for me when I have opportunity to meet Mr. Ralph Spangenberg, we
have same though and he is really strong background in HR, Leadership and Entrepreneur mindset. He
is supporting to me and Headhunt Vietnam with numbers of top German clients in Vietnam and German
country.

5. What do you think are the biggest challenges for this sector in the future?
The year 2023 has been experiencing economic fluctuations globally, making the outlook for the
global labor market uncertain and affecting Vietnam.
Vietnam’s labor market in the context of prolonged and overlapping impacts such as the Covid-19
pandemic, the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, and the decline in world aggregate demand have
caused many businesses to experience a decline in revenue.
Hundreds of thousands of workers had their working hours reduced, lost their jobs, and their lives
were affected. Pressure from businesses to lay off workers creates a strong shift of labor from the
industrial and construction sectors to the service sector and other sectors. The outlook for the global
labor market in 2023 has not yet recovered to pre-pandemic levels, remaining very uncertain.
In the current volatile market context, Candidates have work experience, adaptability, problem
solving, collaboration skills, analytical thinking, creative thinking, resilience, flexibility and agility are
prioritized by businesses for recruitment.
Headhunt Vietnam will need to build a more professional staff in the process of working with
businesses and searching for candidates. Follow the requirements of the desired Enterprise, build a
candidate screening process that meets the candidate’s work experience, analytical and adaptive

We are active in all social media in Vietnam such as LinkedIn, Facebook and we conduct activities
