Estimados miembros y amigos,
Dejamos atrás un año 2022 que ha sido de intenso trabajo para la Cámara. Mirando hacia atrás podemos estar contentos de haber alcanzado nuestros objetivos.
Hemos trabajado con el Departamento de Industria y Comercio de HCMC, que nos ha otorgado la licencia de operación, incluido el sello oficial emitido por el Departamento de Policía. Hemos continuado realizando seminarios y encuentros empresariales regularmente y hemos participado con EuroCham en noviembre al exitoso fórum y exhibición “Green Economy Forum and Exhibition’ donde han tomado parte empresas españolas. Y hemos seguido contactando con mas empresas lo que nos ha llevado contar con nuevos miembros.
Una de las decisiones que la Junta ha tomado ha sido la de incorporar un perfil alto para la gerencia de la Cámara. Tenemos el placer de anunciaros que Elena Nabau ocupará el puesto de Directora Ejecutiva de la Cámara. Elena posee una larga experiencia en gerencia en le sector de la hostelería y turismo. Su incorporación permitirá implementar una organización ejecutiva y así poder asegurar la realización de las actividades prevista en nuestro plan de negocio.
¡Estamos pues preparado para afrontar los grandes retos de 2023!
Los futuros pasos que queremos dar necesitan, mas que nunca vuestro apoyo. Estamos preparados para solicitar el reconocimiento oficial como Cámara de Comercio de España en Vietnam por el Ministerio de Industria, Comercio y Turismo (MINCOTUR) de España, y mejorar nuestros servicios y actividades en base a un plan de negocio para el trienio 2023-2025. Os presentaremos el plan y el balance completo del año en una nueva Asamblea General Anual que tendrá lugar en febrero.
Establecernos de manera sostenible es un reto aún más exigente. Para seguir mejorando y lograr nuestros objetivos debemos consolidar nuestras operaciones y nuestro presupuesto. La Cámara es de los socios y para los socios. Deseamos pues, en 2023, compartir muchos más momentos, eventos y actividades para mejorar nuestra Cámara y ver la positiva evolución de vuestros negocios. Contamos más que nunca con vosotros, para crear una dinámica de operaciones y financiera que sea, pues, sostenible.

Dear members and friends,
We left behind a year 2022 that has been one of intense work for the Chamber. Looking back, we can be proud of having achieved our goals.
We have worked with the Department of Industry and Trade of HCMC, which has granted us the license to operate, including the official seal issued by the Police Department. We have continued to hold regular seminars and networking events and we have participated end of November with EuroCham in the successful “Green Economy Forum and Exhibition” where Spanish companies have taken part. Finally, we have continued contacting more companies, which has led us to have new members.
One of the decisions that the Board has taken is to incorporate a high profile for the management of the Chamber. We are pleased to announce that Elena Nabau will hold the position of Executive Director of the Chamber. Elena has extensive management experience in the hospitality and tourism sector. Incorporating Elena will allow the implementation of an executive organization and thus be able to ensure the implementation of the activities provided for in our business plan.
We are therefore prepared to face the great challenges of 2023!
The next steps we want to take need, more than ever, your support. We are prepared to request official recognition as the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam by the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism (MINCOTUR) of Spain, and improve our services and activities based on the business plan for the 2023-2025 triennium. We will present you the plan and the complete balance of the year in a new Annual General Assembly that will take place in February.
Establishing ourselves sustainably is an even more demanding challenge. Therefore, to continue improving and achieving our goals, we must consolidate our operations and our budget. The Chamber belongs to the members and it is made for the members. We wish, in 2023, to share many more moments, events and activities to improve our Chamber and see the positive development of your businesses. We count on you more than ever to create an operational and financial dynamic that is therefore sustainable.
On behalf of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, I wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year for you and your loved ones. Wishing to continue sharing successes with you during the coming year 2023.
