Natalie has been living and working in Vietnam for over 16 years, where she oversees the operations of Spanish company Rolser’s Ho Chi Minh City branch. With extensive experience in manufacturing and supplier management, she brings a deep understanding of the Vietnamese business environment and strong connections with local partners.
Vicechair
Vice Chairman of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam. Javier relocated to Vietnam in 2023 as part of his company’s Asia expansion strategy, where he leads the promotion of its brand and products and established its legal presence in the country. With experience in the construction and building materials sector, he brings a strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and its opportunities for Spanish companies.
Vicechair
Vice Chairman of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and Founder of ARNEPLANT Vietnam. Patrick first discovered Vietnam in 2006 and moved permanently to the country with his family in 2023 after establishing and developing ARNEPLANT’s operations. With extensive experience in business development and international expansion, he brings a strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and its opportunities for Spanish companies across industrial, infrastructure, agri-food and energy sectors.
Secretary
Toan is a General Manager of Kruger Ventilation Industries in Vietnam. He have worked as Senior Engineer for 3 years at Meinhardt Group.
Treasurer
Treasurer of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam and Director of Finance & Administration for Meliá Hotels International in Asia-Pacific. Amadeo has extensive international experience in the hospitality sector and has been based in Ho Chi Minh City, where he has supported Meliá’s growth across the Asia-Pacific region. His experience combines finance, administration and international business management in a dynamic and rapidly evolving market.
Board Member
Board Member of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, Rafa is an aviation commander, executive coach and business trainer with over 14,000 flight hours. He specialises in leadership, team building, negotiation and change management, bringing extensive experience in teamwork and professional development. He has been living in Vietnam for over 12 years and has developed a strong understanding of the local business environment.

Board Member of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, Pedro is a chef and restaurateur with nine years of experience in Vietnam. He has developed his career in the country’s hospitality and food & beverage sector, where he runs his own restaurant businesses and brings first-hand experience of the Vietnamese market. His background in gastronomy and entrepreneurship gives him a strong understanding of the opportunities for Spanish companies in the food and beverage sector.

After graduating from Hanoi Law University, Quynh Anh had over three years of experience working in multicultural environment in education field before taking on the role of Office Manager at Indra Vietnam. Currently based in Hanoi.
